After losing his son in a tragic accident, an honest father finds comfort in a criminal who looks exactly like him and gradually reforms him through love and trust. When the man discovers that he caused the son's death, he is forgiven and adopted, but fate takes another tragic turn when he dies on his way to fulfill his father's dream.
